Hi i've done a verry similar voltmod on a asus x1950pro
but its currious...

i increase my voltage to 1.41 volt but when i pencil down the marked resistor the voltage decrease down to 1,39volt.

the minimum are 5,5 kohm less than this the screen will be black

at 5,5 kohm i messuare 1.39volt @ gpu and at 10,8 kohm i mesuare 1,41volt @gpu

i cannot reache more than 1,41 volt with your voltmod

is it possible that we have to increase the resistor 3066 instead of decreasing it? maybe using a variable resistor"

I helped W1zzard. He had a breaktrought with software voltmod on x1900GT rev2. His new atitool gave me the Voltage control panel and i could see all the voltage except the Vcore voltage. But W1zzard discovered the chip which is needed to control the Volterra chip doesn't excist on this graphics card. So i could see the voltage, but not adjust. wizzard говорит...."bad news .. no vcore changes possible on x1900 gt rev.2 because ati put lm63 on the card instead of lm64 .. lm63 can not control the volterra vreg

but it seems that memory voltage changes are possible

no software voltage controls on x1900 gt rev.2 .. i will try to talk to someone at ati about this, it makes absolutely no sense to have software controllers there that are not used"
